Hartland Construction Company understands that every home needs to keep up its exterior for longevity and curb appeal, especially in Connecticut. We offer roofing, siding, and window and door replacement. Hartland Construction Company is an Andersen Certified Contractor and has visited the Marvin window manufacturing facility. Many New England homes have wood exterior trim which rots with age and is prone to insect and woodpecker damage. We can replace some or all of your trim with new wood or rot/insect proof plastic/composite boards.

Hartland Construction Company offers a full line of custom carpentry. We can make you home shine with custom cabinets, built-ins, crown, and mantels. Custom paneling and shadow boxes are right up our alley. Maybe your home has some older heavily worn casings and baseboards that need replacing and updating. Hartland Construction Company has three machines which allow us great flexibility to execute larger projects as well as providing the same services for hire on smaller projects. HCC has a small excavator, skid steer, and tractor all with many attachments tailored for a wide variety of tasks.
