Company History
Jeffrey Hartwell, founder and owner of Hartland Construction Company, has served in Connecticut as a general contractor since 2001. In 2004, HCC was established and has a sterling track record with its clients. In fact, over 95% of HCC business is derived from referrals and repeat sales.
